Just made a great pot of white chili last night for today. I have been roasting squash on batch at a time in the oven basted with olive oil sprinkled with pepper/salt and fresh garlic...yyyuummmyyy!! This is all for the soup and will be finishing up details for the dinner tomorrow, which will include crusted bread baked in a cast iron dutch oven... These look mouth watering...I love adding the apples...ahhhhh love Fall.
