Where The Greatest Cooks On The Planet Gather
So happy to see all of you today! Our hearts and prayers go out to our neighbors in South Texas and Oklahoma who have lost their homes in the floods and others who lost their homes in tornado's. Thanks to all of you for asking about us to make sure we were ok, that touches my heart to know that so many of you care so much, you'al are precious to me! We are doing really well and although we have had high water, none has come into our house and it recedes into the lake really fast. I know that you have brought some really good food for this table today so lets get this party started, I am hungry!

Background Story For Full Plate Thursday
When we were young and just starting out in life sometimes we did not have a lot of money. Most of our friends were having to stretch the dollars at the end of the month just like us. My girlfriends and I decided that we would pool our food for some of the evening meals right before payday... the last week of the month. I have some of the fondest memories from those days. We would all bring our food together and we had some great food and great fellowship. We would get the food on the table and everything ready, someone would bless the food and then the hostess would say "come fill your plate".
Thank You So Much For Coming Today
Come Back Soon!
