Vanilla Wafer Crust
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Vanilla Wafers rolled fine
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar
Save 1/4 cup of the mixture for the topping
Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes
Cool before adding filling
Filling
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/4 pound of miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Directions
- Mix the whipping cream until stiff peaks
- Stir in the remainder of the ingredients
- Fill the Vanilla Wafer pie crust
- Refrigerate over night before serving
Roll Vanilla Wafers Until fine
Add Butter and Mix
Prepare The Filling
Refrigerate Over Night Before Serving

I was planning on doing tapas style, and doing small bite-sized delicacies- so what do you think about making this recipe into individual tartlets? I'll give it a try and let you know how it works out!
