Ham and Pasta Casserole
My friend Laurie recently came out from the City to visit and work on a project with me. It was raining and chilly that day so we decided to make lunch at The Cottage rather than drive to the Village Cafe. Sometimes it is really nice to have some good "soul food" and that is just what we made, some good "soul food". This is a recipe that I have made many times and when I started to make it Laurie ask if it was in my Cookbook Miz Helen's Kitchen Table or on the blog and I said no it's in my head, so she got a pen and paper and started writing the recipe down, and because she wrote it down I can share it with you today; Thanks Laurie!

ReplyDeleteHi Helen. This is a fav of ours as well. It is always one of the ways we use some of our leftover holiday ham. I never thought to add cream cheese into the mix though. Thanks for the inspiration. Have a great upcoming week.
