Happy Easter Miz Helen! And a quick question... will you be sharing your recipe for the stuffed peppers? It's something I would love to try making.
ReplyDeleteHi Lyndsay,
DeleteI will sure try to share that recipe in the very near future. I have not posted it yet, but I will. Thank you for asking and stopping by today, hope you have a wonderful week end!
Miz Helen
I haven't had stuffed peppers since last summer-gotta correct that:@)
ReplyDeleteWonderful menu Helen! I'm going to have to try the tilapia cakes! They look so yummy and I am always looking for great fish recipes since we are trying to eat it at least once a week.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining ON THE MENU MONDAY! You always bring us the best menus!

Just hopping over from Inspire Me Monday! Being a Texas Girl myself, I so love your cornbread in the cast iron skillet. I need to try your recipe, its a little different than my old standby. But I do cook ever so much with cast iron. I am now following you on Linky Followers.
ReplyDeleteHello, Miz Helen! Your menu looks great!
ReplyDeleteI just did my very first On the Menu Monday post:

The menu looks divine and the eggs are beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing at Mix it up Monday Miz Helen. Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful menu, Miz Helen. That ham casserole that your friend wrote down from your memory sounds delicious, too. Hope you have a great week.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great looking tub of lettuce. I have a whiskey barrel and I'm going to plant herbs in there this Spring. The eggs you made were great. a good way to use the Easter eggs. Some day I think I'll make a leg of lamb. (Visiting from over at Susie Q's.)
ReplyDeleteThose green peas and potatoes look great, and the deviled eggs remind me of all the Easters when I dyed eggs as a child. Mom always made colorful deviled eggs like that. Thanks for stopping by my party this week.
