Cranberry Sausage Cookie
I love a little savory cookie that can be a breakfast cookie or a great appetizer. This is one of those cookies and I will be making several dozen of these cookies for this entertainment season. The first batch I made went with me to a Ladies Club function this past week end and not a single one came home with me. I am keeping a few out of the next batch I make.

1 cup dried cranberries,chopped
3/4 cup toasted pecans
Method

Work the Butter into the dry mix
Add the milk and mix well
Add the browned and drained hot sausage, chopped cranberries, toasted pecans and cheese to the mix and mix well.
If the mix is to wet, add a small amount of flour, if the mixture is to dry add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
Roll or pat dough to 1/2 inch and cut or roll cookies
Place cookies on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until light golden brown
Be sure and save some back for yourself, you will be so glad you did.
I sure am glad that you stopped by to have this nice savory cookie with me today. I have a sack of cookies just for you so be sure and don't forget them. Hope you have a great week and come back to see me real soon.
Peace and Joy,
Miz Helen
