We are very busy here at the cottage this week, we have been doing our spring cleaning, Easter baking and getting ready to welcome our holiday guests.  I just love this time of the year when we can look at all the freshness of the earth and breath in the wonderful spring air. I know that many of you will be traveling and many like me will be getting ready for guests, so this week I am including our Easter menu.
