Southwest Chalupa
We love Tex Mex and sometimes I want a really quick dish with great flavor. This is one of my best "go-to" dishes, its one of those fun dishes that you can make for 1 or 50 people. I developed this recipe years ago and used some left overs at the time, through the years, it has become one of our favorites.
