Pecan Cobbler
We had a bountiful pecan harvest in our area this year and the pecans are so good. We love to sit on the porch and shell pecans, eating a few along the way of course. I wanted to make a different pecan dessert with all those wonderful pecans so I developed this Pecan Cobbler. It has a rich thick cobbler topping with a thin pecan pie filling on the bottom and all those wonderful pecans on top. The dessert is very rich and is filled with the warm spice of fall. Pecan Cobbler is a great dessert for anytime of the year.
Carefully Pour The Pecan Mixture Over The Batter
This is a dessert that we will have over and over and I am so glad that you stopped by to share it with us. Hope you have a great week and come back to see us real soon!
