Happy Spring Ya'll

 The Winter of 2014 is behind us and I am so excited, it was to long. We are busy here at The Cottage doing spring chores. The gardens will be late this year because it has been cold for so long, but we will be planting more vegetables in the weeks to come.I love the change of seasons and looking forward to the wonderful foods that we enjoy in the spring. I am definitely a seasonal cook, how about you do you change your meal plans with the change of the seasons?
