I am so glad to see you today, we really do have The Greatest Cooks On The Planet Gather here every Thursday. We had the most delicious food on the table last week it is so difficult to choose a menu from all the wonderful food that you bring, I just want it all. I know that all of you are starting to get real busy getting ready for Thanksgiving, that is sure what is happening at The Cottage. I am sharing a Caramel Pumpkin Skillet Pie with you today and sure hope that you enjoy it. We are all hungry and I can't wait to see what you are bringing to the table today.

Background Story For Full Plate Thursday
When
we were young and just
starting out in life sometimes we did not have a
lot of money. Most of our friends were
having to stretch the dollars
at the end of the month just like us. My
girlfriends and I decided that we
would pool our food for some of the
evening meals right before payday...
the last week of the month. I have some
of the fondest memories from those
days. We would all bring our food
together and we had some great food and
great fellowship. We would get the
food on the table and everything ready,
someone would bless the food and
then the hostess would say "come fill your
plate".

The last time I looked at the linky tool that would not allow me to pick an image, I just picked all of them and it looked like nothing posted. So I left, came back today and am so sorry to have so many posts. Yikes! A first for everything I guess. I hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving. I will only post my recipe once next Monday--promise!
