Spanish Rice Casserole
My Mother made the best Spanish Rice and growing up it was one of my favorites. When I went out on my own and married I began to make my Mothers Spanish Rice and I just kept adding to it, so today it has become Spanish Rice Casserole. I still love this casserole it is so full of flavor and it freezes for up to 3 months. This casserole is still one of my favorites and sure hope that you enjoy it.

YUM! I just made this and really loved it!! I cooked everything in a large pot on the stove and then transferred to a casserole pan before adding the cheese and baking, I liked eating it more spread out.
