Pistachio Jar Dessert

My husband is a Pistachio lover, nuts, pies, cakes, muffins, puddings, anything Pistachio.  Today I am surprising him with this Pistachio Jar Dessert, I know he will love it!  This is a very easy dessert to make and of course I had to taste it, oh my it is delicious, real creamy with a nutty crunch and the flavor of a cracker give it a great contrast, topping it off with a big twirl of whipped cream and a garnish of nuts.

  8. What a lovely dessert, Miz Helen! I have a real weakness for pistachio and have been known to bring back pistachio pudding mixes with me from the US when I travel (we can't get it here in the UK). Your recipe sounds so creamy and luscious - no wonder Leonard and Max loved it so much! Thank you for sharing it with us at the Hearth and Soul hop - pinned and will tweet. Have a lovely weekend!

  15. Hey Miz Helen,
How many servings are in the recipe as it's given here in your column? Serves 2-20 has me scratching my head. This dessert is shrieking GARDEN CLUB to me and I do love to serve the ladies something none of us have had before and this looks like a perfect candidate for our organizational meeting which hopefully have in May of this year.
