Raspberry Swirl
We love entertaining and it is great to have a very simple but delicious dessert that can be made the day or night before. This is a lovely dessert that can be served as a family style dessert or in individual serving dishes. The dessert is creamy with the fresh flavor of raspberry. Our guest have really enjoyed this special dessert and sure hope you do to.
Mix The Pudding and Add The Raspberries
Graham Cracker Bottom
Fill The Dishes and Garnish
Refrigerate For 2 Hours
Ready To Serve
Raspberry Swirl
Miz Helen's Kitchen
Serves 8
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1- 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened
1- 14 ounce can condensed milk
1- 8 ounce container of whipped topping
1 teaspoon raspberry extract
1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
Directions
In a small bowl mix the graham cracker crumbs with the sugar. Place 3 tablespoons of the mix in each of the serving dishes.
In an electric mixer bowl mix the cream cheese and condensed milk until creamy with no lumps. Add the extract and mix well.
Stir in the whipped topping until completely blended.
Fold in 1-1/4 cups of fresh raspberries reserving the rest of the berries for the garnish.
Fill the dessert dishes and garnish with the remaining berries and a spring of mint.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving, serve cold.
Enjoy!
