Whats For Dinner Next Week 8-2-15
August Has Arrived!
August is here and it is hard to believe in our part of Texas that we have had a very mild summer so far. We just last week hit our 100 degree temperature's and its already cooler with rain, we love it! The summer garden has almost stopped producing and it will soon be time to plant for fall. I will be finishing up my canning this week. I am trying to use up all the peaches before they are gone for the season. Those awesome Peach Cobbler Cupcakes are on the menu this week!

What great looking food, Miz Helen! But you need to come over and cook it for me -- I'm too hot to cook! :D The other day I wanted sweet potatoes but didn't want to even eat hot food, so I chilled my Maple-Pecan Sweet Potato Puree. Loved it! I know I'd love your zucchini galette cold, too!
