Pimento Cheese Bites
Our family loves Pimento Cheese, it is a great cheese mix that can be used as a dip, and makes an awesome sandwich. The other day I made up a recipe of Pimento Cheese and decided to make a very special snack tray for a friends party. These little Pimento Cheese Bites were a great hit at the party and I just knew that all of you would want the recipe. This little appetizer has two layers of cheese, with a jalapeno bite at the end, it is great!
Pimento Cheese Bites

Ingredients
6 Spinach and Herb Tortilla Wraps
3 cups Velveeta Cheese Shredded
1-1/2 cup sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
1- 4 ounce jar Pimentos, chopped, do not drain
3/4 cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
8 ounce container of Spicy Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread
2 cups Sliced Black Olives
Directions
In a medium bowl stir together the shredded cheeses, pimentos. Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip. Mix the cheese mixture until completely blended.
One at a time, spread the Spicy Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread on the bottom of the wrapper.
Next layer the pimento cheese mixture on top of the cream cheese. I used about 6 tablespoons of the pimento cheese on each wrapper.
Next sprinkle a layer of the chopped black olives down the center of the cheese.
Last roll the wrapper and set it aside.
When completed with all the wrappers, place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Slice the wrappers for bites or little appetizer wraps.
