Whats For Dinner Next Week 3-13-16
It is the week of the Irish here at the cottage and we will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day. It is a time for us to remember our Irish Heritage and reflect on lots of wonderful memories of times spent with our Irish family, and of course food is a big part of that. We will be planning our meal plan around some of those old family favorites this week, I am so glad you will be coming along to enjoy this week with us!

An Irish Blessing
May the road
rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft
upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you
in the palm of His hand.
