Good Morning Helen!
ReplyDeleteI just love reading your plans and menus.
I am always looking for a delicious chicken salad recipe.
Yours sounds wonderful but I am not surprised.
Have a great week!

The butternut squash bread sounds wonderful. I ate my first butternut squash this summer. Our son roasted it with cinnamon, olive oil, and coconut sugar. It was delicious. I would not have thought to put it in a bread. I think it taste so much like sweet pots.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever used cushaw/crenshaw? It is great to use in place of pumpkin in recipes. My husband planted some and we probably had in the 40-50s. Some weighed 24-28 pounds. I have lots in the freezer and he gave away a bunch.
