Grilled Spring Potatoes
We grow potatoes in our garden every year and one of the things we like to do is dig the small potatoes in early spring. The potatoes are very small and tender with a very strong earthy flavor. The recipe that we are making today takes these young potatoes from the garden to the grill with a great mix of herbs along with the smoke from the grill give these potatoes a very special flavor.

Lynn: I also grow my own potatoes, but just usually put them in now. Do you grow them over the winter? Also what is your zone?
ReplyDeleteHi Judy,
DeleteWe plant our potatoes in early January and we are in zone 8. It is a great zone for gardening and we can almost garden the year around. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!

ReplyDeleteMiz Helen, this is such a great way to cook potatoes on the grill! Although I often roast potatoes inside, I never thought about cooking them on the grill like this. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful idea with us at Hearth and Soul!
