Happy Easter Miz Helen! Your crockpot brunch frittata sounds so good! Enjoy that leftover ham, that's my favorite part!

Your Easter menu looked delicious! We had my parents over for a quiet meal after church. My extended family always gets together but ever since my mom's stroke a few months ago, big crowds wear her out. I kept our meal simple by cooking a turkey breast in the crockpot on Saturday, as well as making mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. With the bulk of the cooking done ahead of time all I had to do after church was make the gravy, biscuits and corn, and heat up the turkey and mashed potatoes.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a wonderful week!
Your strawberry cake looks very tasty Miz Helen. Glad I stopped by from One Organic gardener and Menu Planner to another :)
