Cheesy Olive Beer Bread
There is nothing like walking in the door and smelling homemade bread baking in the oven. I really enjoy baking bread and my family loves it. We have no problem with left overs when it comes to a great loaf of bread. Our Cheesy Olive Beer Bread is a quick bread that doesn't take all day but rather just a few minutes to mix and put into the oven. This recipe is a blend of a olive and cheese board all rolled into a wonderful bread. Just one slice of this bread won't be enough!

Ingredients
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 cup Gruyere Cheese, grated
1 cup pimento stuffed green olives, sliced thick
2 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 cups Beer (your choice)
4 tablespoons butter
Directions
With 1 tablespoon of the butter, butter a 9X5 loaf pan, and set aside.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder, into a mixing bowl.
Stir in the cheese and olives, making sure they are completely mixed well.
Drizzle the honey over the mix.
Pour the beer over the mix and stir until completely blended. Try not to over mix, it needs to be a little lumpy.
Pour into your buttered loaf pan.
Melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter and spread on the top of the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown and the center test is done.
Remove from oven and let cool on a cooling rack before slicing.
Enjoy!
It's Really Hard To Let It Cool Before Slicing
Finally It Is Ready To Serve
Enjoy!
