This looks absolutely delicious! These days, "Crockpot" is my middle name. Any way to make cooking easier I am all over, as I continue to battle this flu that seems to have made an unwelcome return. I was sorry to learn that you've been struggling with it since the middle of December. At least I got through Christmas, then two days after Christmas, Wham! I'm getting a little tired of it and have a stack of recipes that I would like to try, but they'll have to be put off for a while. I'm printing this out, and it is going to be on my agenda for next week, guaranteed. Thanks for the recipe, and for hosting all of those wonderful parties every Thursday.
ReplyDeleteWhat size is the can of tomatoes with green chilies? Is this Rotel?
ReplyDeleteHi Pattie,
DeleteYes I did use the(10 ounce) Rotel, although you can use what you like. I will include that in the recipe. I sure hope you enjoy the recipe and thanks so much for stopping by!
