Whats For Dinner Next Week 4-1-18
Welcome April!
Our cottage has been all a buzz this past week getting ready for this Easter weekend. It is great to make meal plans for holiday times when so many friends and family will be in and out of the cottage enjoying a real time of fellowship. We will have some things in our garden that will be ready for the big day so I will be sure and include those fresh vegetables when we can. We will be doing our marketing early for this meal plan so we will have plenty of time to spend with our guest.

Gazpacho salad! What a great idea! Thanks for sharing at the What's for Dinner Party! Happy Easter.
ReplyDeleteIt all looks delicious, as always. I cooked a turkey breast Saturday and took fixings for turkey sandwiches, homemade cranberry sauce, an orange jello dessert, chips and dip to my parents Sunday after church. My mom is battling shingles and was not able to attend the big family gathering. She has very little appetite right now so a turkey sandwich was just right for her.
ReplyDeleteThis week I'm focusing on easy meals as I try to get some spring cleaning done!
