Instant Pot Bar B Que Country Ribs
We had planned to cook these country ribs on the grill and enjoy being outdoors, and here came the spring rain. It was the Instant Pot to the rescue, and rescue indeed, these ribs are amazing! The ribs have a great rub and are so tender they were falling apart. I will sure be using this recipe over and over rain or shine!

Select Manual and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, use a quick release.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and brush them all over with your favorite barbecue sauce.
Place in a 425 degree oven and bake on each side about 5 to 7 minutes to set the sauce on the ribs.
Remove the ribs and they are ready to serve.
Enjoy!
