Tropical Lime Freeze Pie
My Tropical Lime Freeze Pie is "that" pie sitting in the freezer just waiting for that unexpected guest or for a dessert on a busy day. This is a perfect dessert on a very hot day, it will really cool you down in a very sweet way! This pie is very easy to put together and the recipe makes two pies for you to have in your freezer. Our family loves tropical flavors so this is a big hit with our group.

2 (8 ounce) cream cheese blocks, one block at room temp and one block chilled
1 (14 ounce) can, sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) can, evaporated milk
1 (6 ounce) box lime gelatin
1 (6 ounce) box banana cream instant pudding
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
lime slices for garnish

Directions
In a electric mixing bowl, mix the room temp cream cheese block until smooth.
Add the sweetened condensed milk until completely smooth.
Add 1/2 of the evaporated milk and mix.
Pinch pieces of the chilled cream cheese into the mix, then continue to mix.
Slowly add the remainder of the evaporated milk, you will have little pea sized pieces of cream cheese in the mix, which will be delicious.
Add the lime juice.
Slowly add the lime gelatin power and mix well.
Remove from the mixer base and stir in the instant banana cream pudding by hand. The mix will begin to thicken, then let set for 5 minutes.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, sprinkle some of the lime zest on top of the pie. Place the lid on the pie.
Place in the freezer and allow to freeze for 24 hours before slicing.
For serving:
Remove the pie from the freezer and allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with whipped topping and lime slices.
Enjoy!
