Baked Turkey and Ham Sandwich Roll
Our Baked Turkey and Ham Sandwich Roll is a great baked sandwich roll that can be made with left overs and can be served in a very short cooking time. A delicious recipe that can be made ahead of time and reheated just before serving.
The combination of this sandwich has a great flavor that will keep you coming back for seconds. The recipe can be served as an appetizer, a nice lunch or lite dinner.

Baked Turkey and Ham Sandwich Roll

Ingredients
Cooking Oil Spray
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1( 13.8 ounce) can refrigerator Pizza Dough
1/4 cup yellow mustard
3 tablespoons brown sugar
8 slices cooked turkey
8 slices cooked ham
2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes
3 cups Gruyere cheese, shredded
1 egg yolk
Directions
Line a 15 X 10 inch baking pan with foil.
Spray the foil with the cooking oil.
Sprinkle the cornmeal with the oiled foil paper.
Roll the pizza dough to 13 X 10 rectangle and place it on the foil paper in the baking pan.
Mix the mustard and brown sugar together then spread the mixture evenly over the dough.
Layer sliced turkey over the dough, cover with 1/3 of the cheese.
Layer the tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Next layer the ham then 1/3 of the cheese.
Last layer the remaining turkey and the remainder of the cheese.
Fold both the ends over the layers.
Roll the length of the sandwich and pinch the seam to seal.
Transfer the roll to the baking sheet.
Mix the egg yolk and 1 tablespoon water, then brush the roll.
With a sharp knife make slits in the top of the dough.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
Remove to a cooling rack to let cool.
Recipe Tip
If making ahead of time.
Refrigerate and reheat before serving.
