Crock Pot Mixed Potato Gratin
The color and flavor of this mixed potato gratin recipe is divine. This is a recipe that you will definitely want to serve for your special occasions. We have used a mix of sweet potatoes and gold Yukon potatoes with a decadent herb sauce for the potatoes to slowly bake in. I have used my buffet style crock pot which allows a great presentation for such a beautiful side dish. This is a great dish to take to a covered dish event or a family gathering. You can do other things while this is slowly cooking and will be ready to set on the table with very little effort. This is on the top of my list for any holiday meal.
