The first time I enjoyed creamed cabbage was on the Caribbean island of Antigua. The vegetable growing season is very short with plenty of vegetables on that island. I enjoyed the creamed cabbage very much and it was 'new cabbage' too. It was served in a beautiful silver chafing dish to keep it warm-hot.
ReplyDeleteI have not prepared creamed cabbage, but after seeing this recipe, I will prepare it very soon.
