Welcome to Full Plate Thursday, it is always so good to see
you here. We have been celebrating here at the cottage, my husband is Covid
Free and was able to go back to work this week. He was so excited to be able to
put all this behind him and move forward. We want to thank all of you for your
thoughts and prayers during the 28 days that we were quarantined with his Covid
19 virus. Thank you God I did not get the virus; I am so grateful! We have some
great features here today from last week’s party and hope that you will stop by
these talented bloggers to say hi! I can't wait to see what you are bringing to
the party today so let’s get this party started!

Full Plate Thursday Background Story
When we were young and just starting out in life sometimes we did not have a lot of money. Most of our friends were having to stretch the dollars at the end of the month just like us. My girlfriends and I decided that we would pool our food for some of the evening meals right before payday... the last week of the month. I have some of the fondest memories from those days. We would all bring our food together and we had some great food and great fellowship. We would get the food on the table and everything ready, someone would bless the food and then the hostess would say "come fill your plate".
