Whats For Dinner Next Week, 8-2-20
It's August and time to look for a cool spot to get out of the heat, just sit in the shade and sip some sweet tea. We still have some garden vegetables that will harvest, but the harvest is slowing down as the heat will just be to much for the vegetables. I always think of my Grandmother when planning meals this time of the year. She would have great fresh vegetables on the table for every meal. We are still working hard to preserve as much of our harvest as is possible, and those vegetables taste really good when the snow is on the ground in the winter.
