This casserole is pure comfort and absolutely delicious, roasted chicken with roasted vegetables in a creamy crust that will have you coming back for seconds. Our Roasted Chicken & Vegetable Casserole is easy to put together and will be on the dinner table in no time, hope you enjoy it!
