Pizza Roll Appetizer
These Pizza Roll Appetizer's are so easy to put together and really delicious. We have made these little appetizers several times lately and are just loving them, we know that if we are having folks over we will need to double the recipe. This is one of those recipes that you can really make your own and change it up every time you make it. We have a favorite combination of Italian meat, and cheese that we will be sharing with you today.
Lets Make Pizza Roll Appetizer Recipe
Place A Silicone Mat On Top Of
A Cookie Sheet Then Roll Out
The Crescent Rolls On Top Of The Mat
I Like To Use The Mat So
The Rolls Won't Burn On The Bottom.
Divide and Separate The Crescent Rolls
Place Some Of The Chopped Pepperoni
On The Wide End Of The Crescent Roll.
On Top Of The Pepperoni
Finally Sprinkle Some Of The Cheese On Top Of
The Vegetables and Pepperoni
On The Wide End Of The Roll,
Tuck Each Of The Corners Over
To Cover The Meat, Vegetables and Cheese.
Tightly Roll The Roll To The Small End
Then Arrange On The Matt
Bake In The Oven
Remove From The Oven and Butter The Tops
Garnish With Chives and Fresh Parsley
Serve With Your Favorite Pizza Sauce

16 Rolls
Ingredients
2 tube's crescent rolls
1 package mini pepperoni, chopped
1/2 cup red sweet bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
2 cups Italian Cheese Mix, shredded
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Fresh Chives and Parsley for garnish
Directions
On a large cookie sheet place a silicone mat to protect the rolls from burning on the bottom.
Working with one tube of dough at a time. Open the tube and remove the dough very carefully to the mat.
Separate the crescent rolls into individual triangles.
On the large end of the triangle place about 2 tablespoons of the chopped pepperoni.
On top of the pepperoni place about a tablespoon of the red bell pepper and the sliced olives.
Top it with the Italian Cheese Mix.
Fold the ends over the meat, vegetable and cheese mix to meet in the center.
Very carefully, tightly roll the large end to the small end.
Arrange on the matt.
Bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes. The tops should be a golden brown.
Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter.
Sprinkle the garlic salt on top of the melted butter.
Garnish with fresh chives and parsley.
Serve with your favorite pizza sauce.
