Blueberry Banana Ice Box Pie
Our Blueberry Banana Ice Box Pie is a delicious ice box pie that is so easy and quick to make. This is one of those pie recipe's that can easily be one of those quick go to recipes that we all love. The combination of the cream cheese layer, banana and then comes the blueberries, topping it off of whipped topping. This is absolutely a double yum recipe!

Blueberry Banana Ice Box Pie Recipe
We will begin this recipe by mixing a cheese cheese and powdered sugar base for the pie.
To keep this easy and simple I am using a ready made graham cracker crust.
Next we will have a layer of sliced banana's and next a layer of blueberry filling!
Last top it off with a generous topping of whipped topping. Pop it into the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours or even overnight and let it chill.
Garnish with fresh blueberries!

Blueberry Banana Ice Box Pie
A quick and easy go to pie recipe with delicious flavor of the blueberries and banana's.
Ingredients
- 1 nine inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large fresh banana, sliced
- 1 cup blueberry pie filling
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese and the powdered sugar with an electric mixer. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust.
- Layer the sliced banana's over the cream cheese mixture.
- Very carefully spread the blueberry pie filling over the sliced banana's.
- Top with the whipped topping.
- Refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or even overnight.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries.
- Refrigerate before and after serving.
