5 Minute Mug Brownie
Ever get that chocolate craving that you can't kick? What about when it is late at night and 'healthy' you did the grocery shopping? Well this is the trick for you! This is quick, easy, and will satisfy your sweet tooth without leaving you leftovers. Yet again my husband has inspired an impromptu recipe, with a craving for rainy day brownies. Feel free to add some ice cream or berries on top if you have them!
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (plus extra for the top if you'd like)
Directions
In a normal size mug or larger, place your sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir together with a fork. Stir in your chocolate chips. Add your oil, milk, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.
Top with additional chocolate chips. This helps make your brownie nice and fudgy. Microwave for about 90 seconds.
Let it cool for a minute or two, put on your desired toppings if you'd like, and enjoy! It really is that easy.
