Pink Lemonade Ice Box Pie
Our Pink Lemonade Ice Box Pie is a beautiful pink pie, so cool and refreshing. This is one of those recipes that can show up and be the star of any event. I have taken this pie to many a ladies luncheon's and cover dish dinners. This pie is so easy to make and has a very special flavor, one that we just love here at the cottage!

How To Make
Pink Lemonade Ice Box Pie
We start this recipe with Pink Lemonade Concentrate.
Next we will add our Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Finally for the filling we will fold in the whipped topping.
We added a couple of drops of color to enhance the pretty pink color.
Pour the filling into a prepared 9 inch graham cracker crust.
Place the lid on the pie and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
For the garnish we are whipping heavy cream with a little sugar.
Garnish the pie with the whipped cream.
Refrigerate before and after serving.

Pink Lemonade Ice Box Pie
A cool and refreshing flavor of pink lemonade with a beautiful pink color. So easy to make this recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can pink lemonade
- 1 (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
- 2 to 3 drops red food color
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the pink lemonade, sweetened condensed milk.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Add 2 to 3 drops of red food color to enhance the pink color and mix well.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Place the lid on the pie and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
- Whip the whipping cream adding 1/3 cup sugar. Whip to a stiff peak can be formed.
- Remove the pie from the refrigerator and garnish with the whipping cream.
- Keep the pie refrigerated before and after serving.
