Octoberfest: Curry Ketchup
We have had several family members live in Germany for quiet sometime and I was fortunate to be able to visit more than once. One of the foods that I fell in love with was Curry Ketchup. Curry Ketchup is a blend of spices that makes this ketchup so special. Curry Ketchup is used to make Currywurst a great combination of Brats and Curry Ketchup and very popular dish in Germany. Curry Ketchup is a favorite with Pommes Frittes & Curry, in English that is Fried Potatoes & Curry, one of my favorites. This is one of the condiments that I like to keep on hand in the refrigerator especially in the fall of the year around Octoberfest.
