Apple Bread Pudding Pie
Our Apple Bread Pudding Pie is one of my favorites from the bread pudding recipes. This recipe is rich and creamy with little bites of apples that are covered with some great apple pie seasons. My family knows when they are getting this recipe for dessert, you can smell it baking all over the cottage. This is a great dessert to take to covered dish dinners or a dessert event. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

How To Make Apple Bread Pudding Pie
We are starting our recipe with a
fresh egg, milk, and cream base.
We will whip the egg mixture together to form our
custard base for the bread.
Next we will cut up the bread and begin to
place the bread into the custard base.
Continue to stir the custard mixture slowly over the breadallowing the bread time to absorb the liquid.
Stir the chopped apples into the melted butter and seasons
making sure to cover all the apples well.
Next we will add the buttered seasoned apples
to the soaked bread mixture.
Butter a 9 inch pie plate and pour the apple and
bread mixture into the plate.
Cover with a parchment lined foil paper and
bake for 45 minutes covered. Uncover sprinkle the
top with sanding sugar and bake for 35 minutes.
Cool on a cooling rack for 20 minutes before serving.
