Our Sheet Pan Brussels Sprouts and Grapes is a new favorite recipe at the cottage. The combination of the brussels sprouts and grapes are seasoned with a mixture of herbs in a delicious vinaigrette. Easy roasting in a sheet pan, its no time before it can be on your table. I already have request for this recipe to make the holiday meal plans.

How To Make
Sheet Pan Brussels Sprouts and Grapes
We start the recipe with cleaned and washed Brussels Sprouts.
The brussels sprouts are sliced and added
to the cleaned and washed grapes
in a large mixing bowl.
Next I will add the olive oil, vinegar, honey,
and herbs to a mixing jar.
Place the lid on the jar and shake until completely mixed.
Pour the vinaigrette over the brussels sprouts and grapes
the mix well making sure that the
fruit and vegetable are covered well.
Place the seasoned brussels sprouts and grapes on a
16 X 12 baking sheet.
Roast in a hot oven and the magic happens!

Sheet Pan Brussels Sprouts and Grapes
The combination of Brussels Sprouts & Grapes roasted with a flavorful vinaigrette. A delicious recipe for a special dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 cups brussels sprouts, sliced in half
- 1-1/2 cups red grapes
- 1-1/2 cups green grapes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cups red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
Instructions
- Clean and slice the brussels sprouts, then place into a large mixing bowl.
- Place the washed and cleaned grapes into the mixing bowl with the brussels sprouts.
- In a mixing jar, add the olive oil, vinegar, honey, herbs and seasons. Place the lid on the mixing jar and shake until the ingredients are completely mixed.
- Place the seasoned brussels sprouts and grapes on a 16 X 12 baking sheet.
- Roast at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
