How To Make
Skillet Rib Eye With Mushroom Sauce
We start the recipe with fresh sliced mushrooms in
a hot butter skillet, add some salt, pepper and thyme then let cook for a bit.
Add the garlic, then whisk in the flour, broth, and Worcestershire.
Continue to whisk and the mixture will become thick. Stir in the remainder of the butter and stir until melted into the sauce. Place the lid on the sauce and keep warm until the steak is ready for the sauce.

Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
As the butter melts in the skillet, it will begin to mix into the juices from the steak making
a delicious smooth gravy.
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Just before the steak is ready
pour the mushroom sauce over the steak and serve.
