Whats For Dinner Next Week, 2-13-22 at Miz Helen's Country Cottage

This week-end is a busy time here at the cottage, with the supper bowl on Sunday and Monday is Valentine's Day. This doesn't happen very often when we get to plan two great food days back to back. Some folks will be celebrating a romantic dinner for Valentine's on Saturday, but we will be having our special dinner on Monday evening. I have been planning that special dinner for some time. I am having my monthly study group for a luncheon on Saturday. It is at times like this when I am so grateful that I am a meal planner, I would never be able to get through all these events without a plan.
