Retro Pineapple Juice Cake
Retro Pineapple Juice Cake is a very moist and delicious cake. It is really a very easy cake to make and it is good enough to serve for any occasion. My Mother used to make this cake for her bridge club ladies, it was one of their favorites. I remember after she passed away, one of her bridge club ladies called for the recipe so they could continue to enjoy it. I have made this cake for birthday's, ladies luncheons, bridal and baby showers. But most of all our family loves this cake and it always reminds of us of my Mother.

The Pineapple Juice Cake Recipe
How To Make The Cake
We start it off with a nice yellow cake mix and some pineapple juice, mixed with an electric mixer.Pour the batter into a prepared Bundt pan and bake.
Remove from the oven and place on the cooling rack. With a toothpick, poke holes in the cake, then pour the luke warm glaze over the cake. Let the cake sit while the glaze is absorbed.
After the glaze has been absorbed turn the cake onto a serving plate.
The Recipe
Make sure that your serving dish can accommodate a little of the glaze that will seep out of the cake.
Enjoy Your Slice Of This Delicious Cake!
