How To Make Cherry Pie Cups
I am using a boxed refrigerated 9 inch pie crust and rolling it thin. Then using a 3 1/2 inch round cutter to cut 12 rounds.
Place the rounds into a mini muffin tin. Using a wooden fitting tool, just press each round into the tin cups. Then begin to fill the cups with the cherry filling.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12 to 14 minutes
or until the edges are golden brown.
