How To Make Ambrosia Dessert
We Start With Making The Pretzel Crust
Bag up the pretzel's in a zip lock bag and with your rolling pin, crush them until they are the right size for your crust.
Pour the crushed pretzel's into a 8 X 8 baking dish. Add the sugar to the crusted pretzels.
Add the melted butter to the pretzel and sugar mix. Stir these ingredients together until the mixture is completed coated.
Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of the baking dish. Smooth the top as best you can, I like to use a metal cup
to press it down and pack it well.
Bake in the oven and then cool completely before adding the filling.
In and electric mixer bowl, mix the cheese, sugar, fruit and
whipped topping until smooth.
Smooth the filling mixture over the top of the pretzel crust.Sprinkle the top of the dessert with coconut.
Garnish with the fruit, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

This sounds so good, and I like that it’s a smaller size. I’m in Houston for my DIL’s moms’s celebration of life this morning, but wanted to stop by.

This looks so good. I’m not a huge fan of coconut so I’d leave it off.
