Lemon Pudding Dump Cake recipe is a perfect lemon delight and is very easy to make. For a quick dessert with a great lemon flavor this is  a perfect little dessert. I like to keep the  ingredients on hand for this recipe as it is a great go to recipe when the kids are bringing half the ball team home for supper or some of your friends drop by for dessert.

This Is How To Make Lemon Pudding Dump Cake

In a large bowl whisk together the pudding mix and the milk.

Let set for at least 5 to 10 minutes 
before transferring into baking dish.

Spoon the set pudding mixture into a prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the cake mix on top of the pudding mix. 
Place butter cubes on top of the cake mix.

Bake in the oven then cool on the cooling rack.

Lemon Pudding Dump Cake

Lemon Pudding Dump Cake

A very simple and delicious recipe. Easy to put together, and packed with flavor. Feeds a crowd in no time, a great go to cake!

Ingredients

  • 3 (3.4 ounce) boxes Instant Lemon Pudding
  • 6 cups cold whole milk
  • Cooking Oil Spray for baking dish
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) box Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 cup butter, cubed
  • Whipped Cream or Whipped Topping for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whish together the dry pudding mix and the cold whole milk. Whisk until the mixture comes together and is smooth.
  2. Set the mix aside for about 5 minutes until the mixture sets. While you wait, spray a 9 X 13 baking dish.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture into the baking dish and smooth it on top.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the cake mix over the pudding.
  5. Cube the butter and place the cubes over the top of the cake mix.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the cake is browned and bubbling.
  7. Let the cake cool on a cooling rack for at least 15 minutes, before serving.
  8. Top with whipped cream or whipped topping before serving.
  9. Refrigerate after serving.
