Apple Bundt Cake with Caramel Glaze
Our Apple Bundt Cake with Caramel Glaze is a very special welcome to the fall and winter season. This cake recipe is so easy to make and delicious to eat. We are using a wonderful spice batter for the cake and adding fresh apple with chopped pecans. We are topping it with a creamy caramel glaze and more chopped pecans.

How To Make Apple Bundt Cake
With Caramel Glaze
A nice spice batter and adding chopped apples and pecans.
Pour the batter into a oiled and floured bundt pan.
Mix the ingredients for the caramel glaze and bring it to a boil.
Whisk the powdered sugar into the caramel liquid until the mixture becomes creamy.
After the cake is completely cooled drizzled the caramel glaze over the cake and sprinkle with nuts.

Apple Bundt Cake with Caramel Glaze
A very easy cake to bake and delicious to eat. Spicey inside with bits of apples and pecans and topped with a creamy caramel glaze and nuts. Great for anytime!
Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 ounce) spice cake mix plus water, oil, and eggs for the mix.
- 1 Gala apple, peeled and chopped small
- 2 cups pecans
- Baking spray for baking pan
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- With an electric mixer, mix the cake mix according to the box directions. Fold the chopped apples and 1 cup of the nuts into the batter.
- Spray the 8 inch bundt pan with a baking spray. Pour the batter into the bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees or (325 degrees for dark or nonstick pan). Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until the center will test clean. Cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes then turn the cake on to your serving plate. Let cool completely before applying the glaze.
- For The Glaze, mix the brown sugar, butter and milk in a medium sauce pan. Over medium heat, stirring constantly, heat to boiling. Boil for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
- Gradually whisk in the powdered sugar and whisk until the mixture is completely smooth and thick.
- Glaze the cake and sprinkle with the remaining pecans.
This cake is so moist and has bits of apple and pecans.
This cake has a perfect balance of spice balanced
with the apples and pecans.
