Haystack Chicken Casserole

 

This delicious casserole comes together in a short time and gives you lots of flavor. I am using one of my frozen bags of cooked chicken that I keep in the freezer. This recipe has very simple ingredients and is a great combination to give us a win with this casserole. We have served this to family and took it to a covered dish supper recently, everyone loves it!

This Is How To Make Haystack Chicken Casserole

I keep cooked chicken in freezer bags in the freezer to use in soups, salads and casseroles. I am using a roasted chicken bag in this casserole. You could use a rotisserie chicken if you like.

Next we will stir in the liquid mix.

Add the rice.

Begin to mix the rice in with the chicken and the liquid mix.

Stir in the fruit and vegetables

Add the Chow Mein Noodles and mix well.

Spread the casserole mix into a 9 X 13 baking dish.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or

 until the casserole is heated through.
