Baked Beef Tips With Gravy
A cold rainy day can happen anytime, spring, summer, fall or winter. My Baked Beef Tips With Gravy is one of my favorite recipes to serve on that kind of day. This is a budget friendly recipe and so easy to put together. Just let it simmer in the oven and when you take it out it is ready to serve a hungry family. There will be enough for seconds as most will want a second round. I like to serve this recipe on top of creamy mashed potatoes with a fresh garden salad.

How To Make Baked Beef Tips With Gravy
We will start with the gravy mix. In a large mixing pitcher, add the
Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 envelope of dry Beef Onion soup mix, 1 envelope of dry Au Jus dry mix. Whisk in 2 cans of water and whisk until the mixture is completely mixed. Stir in the sliced mushrooms, making sure to mix well.
Pour the gravy mix over the beef and stir to completely incorporate.
Place a lid on the baking dish or over with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
Yes you can cook it in the Slow Cooker For
5 hours on High or 8 hours on low.
Please Note
It will not taste the same cooked in the Slow Cooker.
