Welcome to Full Plate Thursday, 714 and welcome October! Fall is officially here and we are enjoying some amazing fall food and all the fun that goes with it. What's In Season and How Can I Use It? That is the question that we address in our Food and Recipe Basket. Fall garden production is hardy here because we still have temperatures that allow production to continue. Although we still have some of our summer production available, some of the all time favorite fall products are ready to harvest in the month of October. There was truly a bumper crop of squash this year, the apples and pears have been abundant. I love all these fruits and vegetable's and look forward to making the recipes that we will be presenting to you for our October Food and Recipe Basket.
