These Baked Pumpkin Frosted Donuts: Regular & Mini give the whole family a special treat. The little ones really enjoy the mini size donuts and of course Mom & Dad love the larger size. This is a very simple recipe and takes very little time and a plate full of delicious donuts are on the table. This is a great pumpkin treat anytime of the year, and don't forget the sprinkles!

How To Make
Baked Pumpkin Frosted Donuts: Regular & Mini
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder,
cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Then set the mix aside.
In a larger mixing bowl whisk together the oil and eggs.
Add the powdered sugar and pumpkin puree
then whisk until smooth.
Add a small amount of the flour mixture
at at time to the egg mixture.
Spoon the batter into a piping bag, then pipe in about 3/4 full.
With a baking spray, prepare the mini donut baking pan. With batter in the piping bag, pipe the batter into the pan. I had enough batter for 8 mini donuts.

then remove to a cooling rack for 5 minutes.
Remove and place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes.
Place a wax paper under the rack and
place the donuts on the cooling rack.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk, to your desired consistency for frosting.
Let rest for about 20 minutes before serving.
