Skillet Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Brussels Sprouts are a very versatile vegetable and one that we really enjoy. Skillet Roasted Brussels Sprouts don't take any time to prepare and it is a delicious side dish. The brussels sprouts are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside with a great flavor. This garden to table recipe is a side dish of vegetables that will complement any meal.

How To Make
Skillet Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Render the grease and brown the bacon in a black iron skillet.
Remove the crisp bacon from the skillet to a
paper towel covered dish, then set aside.
Add the prepared brussels sprouts to the bacon grease in the skillet. Add the minced garlic and toss the sprouts until the are roasted.
Add the chicken broth and cover the skillet. Cook the brussels sprouts until tender about 5 to 8 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer until the liquid has been reduced.
Remove the skillet from the heat.
Add the butter, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
After the butter is melted toss the brussels sprouts and add the crisp bacon, then toss before serving.
